A student at Nottingham West Elementary School in Hudson, New Hampshire recently (Nov. 2009) brought home this paper. Beware of how the government can try to use your children to spy on your family, looking for excuses to have your children taken away or have adults locked up in prisons or mental institutions.

Note that the child’s name is requested, so obviously the bureaucrats wanted the paper to be returned.
